Millennium Medical Plan Members can
get Discount Bonus to pay Medical Services received
at Millennium Medical Group Health Centers, affiliated
to Millennium Medical Plan.
Discount Bonus are additional savings
to Millennium Medical Plan, for instance: if a Millennium
Medical Plan Member need a General Medicine Visit,
He/She must pay only $45.00 (Plan A Standard); but,
if He/She own $40.00 in Discount Bonus, then, the
payment will be just $5.00
Remind: - A General Medicine Visit
price is about $120.00, but a Millennium Medical Plan
(Plan A - Standard) Member only pay $45.00 and $35.00
by each follow up visit -
Millennium Medical Plan Members can
amass any quantity in bonus and employ it to cover
any Medical Services expenses at Millennium Medical
Group Health Centers, affiliated to Millennium Medical
Plan. Millennium Medical Plan Members don't need to
pay for access to Discount Bonus Plan, this plan is
complete free and everyone qualify.
