Millennium Medical Plan members may get Discount Bonus to pay Medical Services received at any Health Center, affiliated to Millennium Medical Plan.

Discount Bonus are Millennium Medical Plan additional savings, for instance: if a Millennium Medical Plan member need a General Medicine Visit, He/She must pay only $10 copayment (Blue Sky Plan); but, if He/She own $40 in Discount Bonus, then, the payment will be just $0 and still He/She will keep $30 credit for any additional service including but not limited to Medical Visits.

Reminder: A General Medicine Visit price is about $120, a Millennium Medical Plan member (Blue Sky Plan) only pay $10 co-payment.

How to be enrolled ?

Any Millennium Medical Plan member willing to be part of Discount Bonus Plan must call to request be enrolled, once approved "the whole process take about a couple of minuts" start refering people to Millennium Medical Plan; If refferred people sign for any of the Millennium Medical Plan programs, the autorized member will acumulate his/her Discount Bonus.

The Discount Bonus are available any time to be used to cover any medical service received at Millennium Medical Plan medical centers.
